Who do you think You are?

You are NOT who you think you are....

I'd like to present an argument. "You are NOT who you think you are!" In fact, you are more than and better than you think!

From the time we break free of our cocoons that lay ever so peacefully in our mums belly, to that moment when we realize we've been alive long enough to remember when tape cassettes were the best thing since a boom box; we are programmed what to think about ourselves.

Before we are born there is someone or someone's that has hoped and prayed for you to come out a certain way. Whether it’s your dad who wants you to come out a boy, or your mum who wants you to come out a girl with her beautiful brown eyes; someone has predetermined who they want you to be.

From there we all know the routine. Our parents’ guide us and shapes us into an almost symmetrical figure that reflects that which they would like to see in you. Society manipulates and distorts reality to the point that anyone is subject to a smidge of mental illness due to constant trickery. When are we able to figure out who we are? 

The biggest issue with such extravagant outside influences is the inability for us to separate the lies from OUR TRUTH! Our truth becomes as simple as what makes sense to us and what makes us feel good. I challenge you to quiet the voices in your mind and ask yourself: WHY? Why do you really think the things that you think about yourself, good or bad? Is it your truth.

Women Divided = A Dying World!

There seems to be a shortage of women who are willing to sacrifice their own glorification in order to uplift another woman. What's up with everyone wanting to be in the spotlight? Have women become so selfish that unity and sisterhood is no longer important? Sure, television may put out a bunch of reality garbage that paints a tainted image of what sisterhood is about, but of  course we know that the motive which lies behind the smiles and cameras is only based on a need to feed the ego. 

Asian, Hispanic, Indian, African American, Caucasian, and every other group that graces this precious earth need to come together for one common purpose: our future and the future of this world! Many people have voiced and tried to force their personal opinions of which group of women make for better wives, mothers, and potential leaders, and subsequently this has led to a major separation. This has divided women and caused us to be more competitive with one another rather than supportive and empathetic. We need to allow the men to do what they do naturally and be the competitors; but encourage the women to nurture. It is not the woman's role to fight for the spotlight but rather be the voice behind the scene and encourage other women to do so. The weight of the world falls on the shoulders of women. We birth, raise, guide and support our men and children. Behind every man that leads should be a women that supports and influence's him with her love, integrity, and intelligence. This takes UNITY! Women, encourage other women and unite hand in hand while holding up the world with sisterhood.

Ladies! Stop blaming men for your broken heart!

Ladies..when will it end? When will we stop blaming men for our broken hearts? When will we realize that most of our relationship failure is due to OUR own actions? We walk around making sure that we look as sexy as possible, and are even willing to have sex on the first date; but have the nerve to end up with a broken heart when he decides to leave us. Why the broken heart? Did you really expect him to stick around for more? If he did stay around, then what value are you adding to his life other than an open set of legs? How about we leave our legs closed, tone down on the sexy, and begin to love ourselves again. We've allowed society's influence to force us into being nothing more than an overly sexualized carcass.  As women we promote s-e-x, s-e-x, s-e-x, can't keep our legs closed, and wonder why we end up lonely. LADIES! Our very purpose on earth is to influence and guide, but we are doing a horrible job.

We need to stop blaming men and complaining about how they are dogs, and just take responsibility for our own shortcomings. It's time to admit that we dropped the ball. Close your legs and cover up some of that sexy. Expose your intelligence and remind the man of your value....

CALLING ALL MEN!! CALLING ALL MEN!!

I hope I have your attention. I love to empower and encourage women to be intelligent and work hard to stand for something, but I also love to encourage MEN! I like to believe the only thing stronger than an intelligent woman is a strong man who knows how to love his queen. A strong man who knows what it takes to keep his family together; a man that understands his headship within his community and within this world. Unfortunately, there are far too many males in this world that are not aware of their responsibility as being the head in the family and in their communities.

                                 DO I STILL HAVE YOUR ATTENTION? GOOD!

A man who truly loves himself knows that treating his woman like a queen automatically makes him the king. He knows that by raising and loving his children, he's investing into the future of this world and leaving a powerful legacy. A man who loves himself will know how to look a women in her eyes and see the beauty of her soul as well as her physical beauty. He'll have self discipline, self-control, ambition, and a willingness to work; HARD and SMART!  There are so many men in this world that fits this description, but there are also many more who does not. Men struggle with self-hate just as women do but the evidence may look different.

There is an entire generation of adult males in this world that have lost their way and don't know how to live up to the responsibility of being a 'man', and they are depending on the KINGS to show them.
